US Secret Service director Kim Cheatle has resigned after security failures surrounding an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.
In the absence of her chart, I am focusing on the United States Secret Service's chart to determine the reason.
Before trusting any chart, it is the duty of any astrologer to verify it. I wish to understand the 9/11 attacks on the USA in 2001 using astrology with this specific chart.
The Vimshottari Dasha running at that time was Mercury-Ketu-Ketu. The sign lord of Ketu is Mars, positioned in the 6th House of the chart. The 6th House is traditionally associated with enemies and attacks. For more detailed information, please refer to my article on the 9/11 incident. https://www.astroseekers.com/post/analyzing-9-11-attacks-through-an-astrological-lens
Moreover, according to Indian astrology, the Dasha of Mercury-Ketu-Ketu signifies a time of humiliation. The 9/11 attacks on the USA clearly suggest that it was a period of humiliation for the United States Secret Service. Mercury and Ketu being conjunct in the 3rd house of the Navmansha chart.
Currently, in the chart of the United States Secret Service (U.S.S.S.), the Dasha is of the 8th Lord Venus, which signifies humiliation and defeat. This is followed by the antar Dasha of Venus again, continuing the theme of 8th Lord influence. Additionally, the Pratyantar Dasha is of Rahu in the 8th House, which also signifies humiliation and defeat, especially with Saturn's influence.
Although Venus is aspected by Jupiter the Lagna Lord and a benefic Moon, the 5th Lord alleviates the blemish of 8th Lordship. However, the presence of two malefic in the 8th House increases malfeasance.
In the Navmansha chart, Venus remains the 8th Lord positioned in the 12th House, indicating challenges related to humiliation and defeat. Rahu is situated in the 9th House, under the influence and sign of Mars. Mars, in turn, is in conjunction with the 6th Lord Sun in the 2nd House. These placements suggest a complex interplay of energies related to conflicts, enemies, and potentially challenging situations for the subject (U.S. Secret Service) during this period.
This chart appears very strong because the Lagna is Vargottama, indicating stability and strength. The Lagna Lord Jupiter is well placed in the 9th House along with the 5th Lord Moon , and it receives the aspect of Mars, the 9th Lord.
Moreover, Jupiter forms a Gajakesari Yoga[Moon+Jupiter], which enhances its beneficence. It aspects or is placed in Lagna, as well as in the charts of Rashi, Navamsha, Hora, Dreshkona, Dwadashamsha, and Trimshamsha. This configuration is recognized as a Rajyoga according to Shloka 13, Chapter 40 of B.P.H.S., indicating potential for power and authority.
The chart suggests that the glory of U.S. Secret Service (U.S.S.S.) will potentially return in the upcoming period, particularly during the Dasha of Venus-Venus-Jupiter from December 4, 2024, to May 15, 2025. This period indicates that the agency will perform effectively even in challenging circumstances. With Venus being the 3rd Lord and placed in the 3rd House, and considering the current Dasha indicating technological advancements, it suggests that the agency ( U.S. Secret Service) will focus on equipping itself with the latest technology and modern equipment to enhance its capabilities further. This period is likely to see investments in communication tools, skills training, and adopting innovative methods to strengthen their operational effectiveness.
After May 15, 2025, the U.S. Secret Service should be cautious because a challenging period may begin with the Venus-Venus-Saturn Dasha. Saturn's placement in the 8th House in both the main birth chart (Rashi chart) and the divisional chart (Navmansha chart) suggests potential difficulties and obstacles during that time. Jupiter in Gemini and Saturn in Pisces in transit will activate the 8th House and the 8th Lord (Venus) respectively. This astrological configuration suggests a period where themes related to transformation, crisis, defeat and hidden matters (associated with the 8th House) may come to the forefront.
