From Protests to Politics: An Astrological Analysis of Bengal's Crisis and the Supreme Court's Role

On Thursday, the Supreme Court asked doctors who are protesting over the rape and murder of a postgraduate medical student at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College to return to work. The Court promised that no negative action will be taken against them once they do. The tragic event has led to protests across the country.

The Supreme Court has taken notice of the issue and set up a National Task Force to recommend guidelines to protect medical professionals. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is currently looking into the case.

The Court expressed deep concern about the safety of doctors in India, stating, "If women cannot go to work and be safe, we are denying them their basic right to equality. We must take action."

Without the guidance of the chief minister's chart, I'm trying to understand why this happened. I personally have a deep respect for Kolkata and its culture.

Using the Trinamool Congress chart, which has been in power for several years, I’m working to understand the situation. The Pisces Lagna Chart, with Jupiter (the Lagna Lord) in the 11th house and Saturn (the 11th Lord) in the Lagna, shows a strong combination. According to Jatakakankar Chapter 6, Shloka 5, this alignment is associated with wealth, virtue, name, fame, and career growth. The success of the Trinamool Congress aligns well with these predictions.

To understand the thought process, it's important to consider the Moon's position. In this chart, the Moon is in the 11th house along with Jupiter, Mars, and a retrograde Venus. The Moon is in Capricorn at the 20th degree and is weak in Paksha Balam because it’s in the adjacent house to the Sun. The Moon, as the 5th Lord, clearly indicates a connection to educational institutions.

For the Moon, Paksha Balam (its strength during its waxing or waning phase) is crucial. In this chart, the Moon is in Capricorn, a sign associated with emotions, particularly since it’s in the second half of Capricorn at the 20th degree. This placement, in a watery sign, amplifies emotional qualities. The second half of Capricorn, known as Aquatic or Jala Chara, further enhances these emotional tendencies in the party.

From the party's chart, the 10th House and its Lord represent the Chief Minister of Bengal. While the 10th Lord, Jupiter, is favorably positioned in the 11th House and creates a GajakesariYoga through its conjunction with Moon , the placement of the 6th Lord Sun in the 10th House is problematic. In mundane astrology, the 6th House and its Lord relate to medical and paramedical services, including doctors and nurses.

Currently, the party is experiencing the Vimshottari Dasha of Rahu-Moon-Venus (Retrograde). Rahu is in the 6th House, while the Moon and Venus are in the 11th House. However, Venus the 8th Lord is in the constellation exchange with the Sun, meaning Sun is in Purva Ashadha (Venus’s constellation) and Venus is in Uttara Ashadha (Sun’s constellation). This exchange makes the Dasha behave like Rahu-Moon-Sun. Since the Sun is the 6th Lord in the 10th House (representing the Chief Minister), it brings attention to serious issues related to the safety of female doctors, as Venus indicates a focus on women.

It’s important to note that in the Navamsa chart, the Antar Dasha Lord, the Moon, is placed in the 10th House. This position is under the aspect of the 6th Lord, Saturn, and is conjunct with the 8th Lord[Humilition], Mars. Additionally, Venus is with Ketu and is aspected by the 12th Lord, the Sun, which represents hospitals. This alignment highlights significant issues related to medical and paramedical services, particularly concerning female doctors.

In mundane astrology, the 8th House and its Lord are associated with issues like humiliation, change, and transformations. Specifically, the 8th House can signify mortality, changes in government, or even the end of a political administration.

The question is why the Supreme Court got involved. In the chart, the 9th House and its Lord (which represent the Supreme Court) show that the 9th Lord, Mars, is closely aligned with the Antar Dasha Lord, the Moon in 11th House in Rashi Chart . This connection indicates a direct link between the Supreme Court's intervention and the current situation.

It seems the party will remain in low spirits with emotional outbursts as the Dasha of Rahu-Moon-Venus, followed by Rahu-Moon-Sun, continues until November 28, 2024. The Chief Minister is likely to face significant pressure from both the medical community and the Supreme Court. The placement of the 8th Lord in the 10th House / 10th Lord with Moon in both the Rashi and Navamsa charts indicates potential instability or even an end to the current government as the Dasha of Rahu-Moon-Venus is running at present . Later, during the Rahu-Moon-Sun period, the Sun, as the 6th Lord in 10th House[Chief minister] , is influenced by the 8th Lord Venus.

Now let us examine the oath-taking chart of the Chief Minister in May, 2021. It is a Cancer Lagna Chart with the Lagna Lord, the Moon, placed in the 8th house along with the 9th Lord, Jupiter. A movable sign in the Lagna at the time of the oath-taking, combined with the LagnaLord being in the 8th house, is not conducive to stability. Additionally, the Moon is weak in Paksha Balam and is under the constellation exchange with Rahu. The Rahu-Moon connection made the government hypersensitive and unconventional. Interestingly, the current Dasha is Rahu-Jupiter-Moon. Jupiter, the 9th Lord (Supreme Court), is conjunct with the Lagna Lord Moon in the 8th house of humiliation or end of government. The Dasha clearly indicates the anxiety of the government regarding the current circumstances.

It is also worth noting that both charts feature Gajkesari Yoga and a weak Moon in PakshaBalam connected to the 8th house or its Lord, which suggests that the government is in a state of turmoil.
