Astrological Analysis of Pakistan's New Chief Justice's Oath-Taking Chart

Following the 26th constitutional amendment aimed at regulating the Supreme Court, the new Chief Justice was appointed by 12 member’s commission largely influenced by politicians from the ruling coalition. Notably, this Chief Justice is not the most senior judge of the Supreme Court. The oath was administered today at 11:49 AM. Let’s examine the implications of this oath given the current circumstances.

Abhijeet Muhurtha : Sunrise and Sunset Times in Islamabad

Sunrise: 6:22:54 AM

Sunset: 5:22:09 PM

Duration of Day: 10 hours, 59 minutes, and 15 seconds

To divide this duration into 15 equal parts, we calculate:

Each Muhurtha: Approximately 44 minutes

Midpoint of the Day:Half of 10 hours, 59 minutes, and 15 seconds is 329.5 minutes. Adding this to the sunrise time:

Midpoint: 6:22:54 AM + 5 hours, 29.5 minutes = 11:52:24 AM

Abhijeet Muhurtha:The Abhijeet Muhurtha occurs 22 minutes before and after this midpoint. Given that an oath was taken at 11:49 AM, this time falls within the Sandhi Kaal, a transitional period considered inauspicious, as it is only 4 minutes from the midpoint.

The oath was taken on Dashami of Krishna Paksha, during the Magha Nakshatra, under ShuklaYoga, and in Vanija Karana on Saturday in the Hora of Mercury. In this chart, Mercury represents the chief justice as the 10th Lord and is also the Hora (hour) Lord of the oath chart.

Vanija Karana

According to classical texts, Vanija Karana symbolizes intelligence and astuteness. Individuals born under this Karana often exhibit a strong interest in business, leveraging their intellect to generate wealth. The cow is the symbol associated with Vanija Karana, while its ruling deity is Manibhadra, the chief of the Yakshas.

Those born under Vanija Karana are noted for their sharp minds and vibrant personalities, which make them particularly adept at trading. They possess a wealth of knowledge about business practices and excel in sales transactions, significantly contributing to their prosperity.

Dashmi Tithi

Individuals born under Dashmi Tithi are often characterized by their pleasant demeanor and politeness. They have a keen interest in religion and possess knowledge of many scriptures. Known for their good looks and liberal hearts, they tend to attract wealth and property throughout their lives. Their open-mindedness and commitment to spiritual pursuits further enhance their appeal and success.

Shukla Yoga

Individuals born under Shukla Yoga are often recognized for their truthfulness and exceptional strength. They tend to achieve victory in debates and battles, demonstrating both mental and physical prowess. Known for their ability to subdue their senses and passions, they maintain a disciplined lifestyle and are often seen wearing clean, well-kept clothing. Their integrity and strength of character make them respected figures in their communities.

Magha Nakshatra

Individuals born under Magha Nakshatra are often characterized by their strong-willed nature and sharp intellect. They tend to be devoted to their fathers and possess a deep sense of loyalty. Known for their intelligence and learning, they strive to live a life free from sin. Additionally, they are formidable opponents, often overcoming their enemies with determination and strength. Their combination of devotion and sharpness makes them influential figures in their circles.

The Lagna Lord, Jupiter (retrograde), is positioned in the 6th House and is aspected by the 6th Lord, Venus. In the 10th House, Ketu is situated—an angular placement that also receives the aspect of Jupiter (the Lagna Lord), creating a strong Rajayoga. This combination suggests that the Chief Justice has a religious disposition.

Furthermore, the 10th Lord, Mercury, is well-placed in the 11th House, accompanied by the 9th Lord, the Sun, forming a potent Rajayoga. However, this configuration faces challenges due to the aspect of debilitated Mars (representing the Army) from the 8th House (associated with hidden matters), indicating potential conflicts or obstacles related to authority and power in Pakistan.

The 3rd Lord, Saturn, represents the judges of the Supreme Court, while the 10th Lord, Mercury, symbolizes the Chief Justice. Their friendly relationship, situated along the 5-9 axis from each other , indicates that the Chief Justice maintains cordial relations with the other Supreme Court judges. Additionally, Mercury, as the Chief Justice, forms a Rajayoga with the Sun, the 9th Lord, which is associated with law. However, both the judges and the Chief Justice are under pressure from the military, as indicated by Mars' aspect from the 8th House.

The 8th Lord, Moon, is weak in Paksha Balam while located in the 9th House, suggesting potential changes in the law, particularly since the 9th House is influenced by Papakartari Yoga.

In the D-9 chart, the 9th Lord (representing law) is located in the 8th House, receiving the aspect of the 8th Lord, Venus. This configuration suggests a forthcoming change in the law.

In both the Rashi chart and the Navamsa chart, the 9th Lord or 9th House is under the aspect of Saturn (retrograde), which signifies democracy and judges of Supreme Court. This aspect should be considered a saving grace for the efforts to change the law.

The 8th Lord, Moon, is very weak in Paksha Balam, whereas the Lagna Lord, Jupiter, is significantly stronger in comparison to the 8th Lord. The exchange between the Moon and Ketu in the Nakshatras, involving the 8th and 10th Houses, places significant pressure on the Chief Justice. However, the beneficial aspect of Jupiter on Ketu in both the Rashi and Navamsa charts serves as a saving grace.

The Oath Lagna Chart, positioned at the 21st degree in the 7th Navamsa, suggests that S.C. commands obedience and respect everywhere, indicating the Supreme Court's authority.

Regarding the political dynamics in Pakistan, please refer to the following article:

Conclusion: Although the oath was not taken during an auspicious Muhurtha and Mars is positioned in the 8th House, the positive influence of Jupiter on the 10th House, along with the 10th Lord Mercury in a strong Rajyoga with the Sun (representing Law), suggests a favorable outlook. The relationship between the Chief Justice and the other judges is expected to be cordial, and numerous IT initiatives aimed at enhancing transparency within the Supreme Court are likely on the horizon. While the army may exert hidden pressure on the judges and the Chief Justice, any attempts to change the law will likely encounter resistance from the Supreme Court. The chart suggests that Parliament is planning another amendment before November 25, 2024.

Decisions of the full bench of the Supreme Court will be made with unanimity.
